Transactional order email is not marketing email. If marketing email is introduced in the future, subscription consent and unsubscribe functionality will be handled separately.
Telephone Calls
Telephone calls may generate ordinary operational metadata such as telephone number, date and time, duration, and call history. We do not currently record customer telephone calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
SMS Consent Is Always Separate
Accepting our Terms & Conditions or this Privacy Policy, completing checkout, or creating an account is not SMS consent. Where an SMS opt-in checkbox is offered, it is optional, unchecked by default, clearly worded, and separate from any mandatory checkout acceptance.

State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights where the applicable state law applies to AircraftAntennas.com's processing activities. The request process above may be used for those requests. We do not claim that every U.S. privacy statute currently applies to our business. If we later meet thresholds that require specific disclosures, universal opt-out recognition, or additional state notices, this policy and the related site functionality will be updated.
Delaware Privacy Requests
Where the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act or another applicable state privacy law applies to our processing activities, eligible residents may exercise the rights provided under that law.
Where that law requires an appeal mechanism following denial of a request, you may submit an appeal to sales@aircraftantennas.com with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal.” Where required by applicable Delaware law following denial of an appeal, you may contact the Delaware Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Unit, to submit a complaint.
16.Email Preferences
Transactional email relating to an order, RMA, inquiry, or account is necessary to provide the service you requested and is not marketing email.

You may also email sales@aircraftantennas.com with your email preferences at any time.

After an opt-out, we may retain the minimum information necessary to record and honor your opt-out request. Opting out of SMS does not stop necessary email or telephone communication about an existing order or request.
