AircraftAntennas.com is an online aircraft antenna and aviation-parts store operated by Global Aircraft Parts LLC, a U.S. company.

References to “AircraftAntennas.com”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Global Aircraft Parts LLC in connection with the operation of this website and the sale of products through it. AircraftAntennas.com is operated by Global Aircraft Parts LLC.

Our US mailing address is 1207 Delaware Ave #1761, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States.

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms as applicable to your activity.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Warranties & Returns policy form part of our relationship with you where applicable to your use of the website or your order.

Using this website or accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to receive SMS marketing messages. Any SMS consent is given separately and is always optional.

You agree to use this website lawfully. You may not:

• place fraudulent orders or submit false payment or customer information;
• attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the website;
• use automated tools, scraping, or bulk access that materially interferes with the service;
• impersonate another person, company, or organization;
• use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, drawings, availability, and technical documentation.

Aircraft products and manufacturer specifications may change, and information supplied by manufacturers or other technical sources may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

Manufacturer documentation and approved technical data applicable to the specific aircraft, equipment, or installation take precedence over general website descriptions.

Product images may be representative. An image does not necessarily depict the exact revision, configuration, connector option, or packaging of the item shipped.

The customer is responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and approved for the intended aircraft, avionics equipment, installation, and regulatory environment before installation or use.

The website, Antenna Finder, product categories, compatibility tables, recommendations, search tools, and customer-service assistance are intended to assist product selection. They do not replace:

• manufacturer installation data;
• aircraft maintenance documentation;
• approved technical data;
• STC requirements;
• applicable regulatory requirements;
• qualified maintenance or avionics judgment.

A product appearing in a search result or compatibility list does not by itself constitute installation approval or a determination of airworthiness.

Installation, inspection, maintenance, and return-to-service decisions should be performed by appropriately qualified persons where required by applicable regulations. AircraftAntennas.com does not provide maintenance release, engineering approval, STC approval, or airworthiness certification merely by selling or recommending a product.

If you are unsure whether a product is right for your aircraft or installation, please contact us before ordering.

• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• The price applicable to an accepted order is the price shown at checkout, subject to correction of genuine errors.
• Applicable sales tax may be collected where legally required.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, supplier, or data error, we may contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order and issue any applicable refund. This provision applies only to genuine errors and is not used to change legitimate accepted prices.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that every item has been finally accepted for fulfillment.

We may review orders for:

• product availability;
• payment authorization;
• suspected fraud;
• address issues;
• obvious pricing or data errors;
• regulatory restrictions;
• other legitimate fulfillment issues.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before shipment where reasonably necessary. If we cancel an already-paid order or item, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payment must be successfully authorized using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, who handle card data under their own security standards.

If payment authorization fails or is later reversed before shipment, the order may not be fulfilled.

Stock status represents our current available information but can occasionally change because of simultaneous orders, inventory updates, supplier information, or technical synchronization.

Eligible in-stock orders normally enter fulfillment promptly after payment authorization.

Where an item is unavailable, you may request current availability or lead time before ordering. Any estimated lead time is an estimate unless explicitly guaranteed by us in writing, and estimates based on supplier information are not delivery-date commitments.

Shipping methods, charges, free-shipping thresholds, same-day dispatch eligibility, carrier information, tracking, and delivery guidance are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Same-day shipping means eligible orders are prepared and dispatched on the same business day; it does not mean same-day delivery. Carrier transit times and estimated arrival dates can be affected by circumstances outside our control.

The shipping address you enter must be accurate and complete. Once fulfillment has begun, address changes may no longer be possible.

Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions in our Warranties & Returns policy. All returns require prior RMA authorization.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must satisfy the standard return conditions, and prior RMA authorization is required.

Returned products normally must remain:

• new, unused, and uninstalled;
• complete and in resellable condition;
• in original manufacturer packaging;
• with applicable documentation and traceability intact.

Installed, modified, programmed, damaged, special-order, or otherwise non-resellable products may have return restrictions.

Do not send returns to our Wilmington mailing address unless your RMA instructions specifically tell you to do so.

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. Warranty terms and periods vary by manufacturer and product.

AircraftAntennas.com will assist customers with applicable warranty requests, but warranty eligibility, repair, replacement, credit, or other remedies may ultimately depend on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and evaluation.

Please use the RMA process for:

• suspected defects;
• early failures;
• warranty claims;
• shipping damage;
• incorrect products received.

Warranties & Returns

Customers may provide aircraft type, avionics equipment, part numbers, photographs, drawings, serial numbers, and installation details when asking for assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when asking us to help identify a product or determine possible compatibility. Any recommendation we offer can only be as accurate as the information supplied, and it does not supersede approved aircraft or manufacturer documentation.

Certain aviation products, technical information, or transactions may be subject to U.S. export-control, sanctions, trade, or other legal requirements.

Where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, we may:

• request additional information;
• decline an order;
• restrict shipment;
• cancel a transaction.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, export, customs, end-use, and local regulatory requirements relevant to their transaction.

The AircraftAntennas.com website design, branding, original text, database organization, graphics, and other content we own are protected as applicable.

Manufacturer trademarks, logos, product images, manuals, drawings, and specifications remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Use of a manufacturer’s name on the website does not automatically imply authorized-distributor status unless explicitly stated.

The website relies on third parties for services such as payments, carriers, email, and ecommerce infrastructure. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Where a customer has provided applicable consent or initiates text communication with us, AircraftAntennas.com may use SMS for transactional and customer-service communications such as order updates, product availability, shipping information, lead-time responses, and support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Accepting these Terms is not SMS consent; any SMS opt-in is separate and optional.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The website and general technical information published on it are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.

This does not affect our responsibility for the products we sell, our obligations under your order, or any rights you have under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AircraftAntennas.com and Global Aircraft Parts LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or a commercial transaction where such limitation is legally permissible. Where legally permitted, this may include loss of use, loss of revenue, business interruption, and consequential downtime.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Such circumstances may include severe weather, carrier interruption, natural disaster, labor disruption, supplier or manufacturer interruption, government action, transportation disruption, and cyber or infrastructure outages beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its update date are always displayed on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter transactions already completed under the previous version.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law provides otherwise.
